    Click on the above link, fill out the form and we’ll coordinate with the Maintenance Technicians at your property to get the repair fixed.
    If you have an emergency situation, please contact the office at your apartment community directly for immediate attention.

    If you have a question or comment about a Mid-Land Management apartment community, please click on the above link, fill out the form and we will respond if requested.

  • Rent Payment

    Now Available!!  To make a payment online, click on the applicable state on the right side of the page and choose your community from the list.  Once you’ve clicked on your community, click on the Make Payment Here button and follow the prompts.  Online payments can be made using one of the following credit or debit card types.

  • Recurring Payments

    To make things even easier, you are also able to set up recurring payments from any credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account!!  To sign up, simply complete the authorization form by clicking on “recurring payments” above.  When the form is completed, please sign and return it to your local leasing office.

  • My Newsletter Connection

    To view the monthly Newsletter for your property, click on the applicable state on the right side of the page and choose your community from the list. Once you’ve clicked on your community, click on the Newsletter button to view the information on your property. Enjoy the information from the staff, recipes and more!

  • Resident Referrals

    Refer your friends and family to your apartment community and when they move in you will be rewarded with $100 for the first referral, $150 for the second and $200 for each additional referral. Don’t forget to make sure they tell us you sent them, or send them in with the Referral Certificate!

  • Early Bird Program

    We love when residents pay on time! Any time your rent is paid in full on or before the 1st of the month you will be entered into a contest to win $75 off your next month’s rent.

  • Resident Information

    It is important that we have current and accurate information on all of our residents. We ask that our residents complete a Resident Information form annually or as any of your contact, employment or drivers license information changes. This information is extremely valuable in the case an emergency should arise. We thank you for your cooperation in completion of this form.
